1. Order cancellation

The user may request cancellation of their order provided that it has not yet been prepared or shipped. To do so, the user must contact Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. as soon as possible by email at ventas@tejidosfrances.com or by telephone at +34 617 662 495, stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellation time limits

The possibility of cancelling an order depends on its status at the time of the request:

• Order pending confirmation: cancellation is possible at no cost to the user.
• Confirmed order in preparation: cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. will take the necessary steps to try to stop shipment, although this cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
• Order shipped: once the order has left our facilities, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, the user may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the Returns Policy once the order has been received.

3. Cancellation by Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L.

Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• Lack of product availability after order confirmation.
• Error in the price published on the website.
• Inability to verify payment or suspected fraud.
• Inability to ship to the address provided by the user.
• Breach of these terms by the user.

In the event of cancellation by Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L., the user will be informed as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Refund following cancellation

Where cancellation is accepted before the order is shipped, Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. will refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs if these have already been charged, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from confirmation of the cancellation.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the user for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Orders for customised products

Orders for products manufactured or customised according to the user's specifications may not be cancelled once production has begun, unless there is a manufacturing defect attributable to Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L..
