Shipping Policy
1. General information

2. Shipping area
Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. ships to the following territories:
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (special conditions and customs procedures may apply)
- Rest of Europe and international destinations (please check availability before placing an order)

3. Delivery times
The delivery times indicated are approximate and are counted in business days from confirmation of payment:
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: between 2 and 5 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: between 5 and 10 business days, subject to customs procedures.
- Europe: between 5 and 15 business days depending on the destination country.
- International: between 10 and 30 business days depending on the destination country.
Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as incidents involving the transport company, customs holds, force majeure events or extraordinary situations.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated according to the destination, weight and dimensions of the order, and will be shown separately before order confirmation.
Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. may offer free shipping above a minimum purchase amount, during specific promotions or under certain conditions, which will be expressly stated on the website.
5. Transport companies
Shipments are made through reputable transport companies. The choice of carrier may vary depending on the destination, package weight or service availability.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, the user will receive an email with the order tracking number, allowing them to check the delivery status at any time.
6. Receipt of the order
Upon receipt of the order, the user must check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the package. If visible damage is detected, the user must record the incident on the carrier's delivery note and notify Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. within a maximum period of 24 hours by email at ventas@tejidosfrances.com.
If the order arrives in poor condition without visible external damage to the packaging, the user must notify this within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt.
7. Undelivered orders
If the order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the user (incorrect address, repeated absence, refusal of the package, etc.), the cost of reshipping shall be borne by the user. If the order is returned to the warehouse, Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. will contact the user to arrange a new shipment or, where applicable, refund the order amount after deducting shipping and return costs.
8. Amendments
Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes shall take effect upon publication on the website and shall apply to orders placed after such publication.
