2. Products and availability

The products offered on the website are subject to stock availability. If a product is not available after order confirmation, the user will be informed as soon as possible and may choose a substitute product of equal or higher quality, wait until the product is restocked, or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Product images and descriptions are for guidance only. Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. makes every effort to display product colours and characteristics as accurately as possible, although variations may occur depending on the device used by the user.

3. Prices

The prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be shown separately before order confirmation.

13. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law, in particular by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and the Spanish Civil Code.
