1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the user, or a third party indicated by the user other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of orders with multiple products delivered separately, the period shall begin on receipt of the last item.

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. before the stated period expires, by means of:

• Email to ventas@tejidosfrances.com, stating the order number and the products the user wishes to return.
• Postal mail sent to cv. 650 , area 37, nave 41, 46870 Ontinyent, Valencia, including an unequivocal statement of the user's decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication to be sent before that deadline expires. After receiving the request, Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. will send the user an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

3. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

• They must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, deterioration or damage caused by the user.
• They must retain the original packaging and all accessories, manuals and documentation included.
• They must not have been customised or manufactured according to the user's specifications.

Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. reserves the right to reject returns of products that do not meet the above conditions or that have been returned after the established deadline.

4. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Under current legislation, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal, among others:

• Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly customised.
• Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and that have been unsealed after delivery.
• Products that, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
• Sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software, that have been unsealed by the user.

5. Return costs

The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the user, unless Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. expressly states otherwise or the reason for the return is a defect or error attributable to the seller.

In the event of a return due to a defective, incorrect or transport-damaged product, Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. will bear the costs of collecting and reshipping the product.

6. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and verified as meeting the established conditions, Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. will refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the user's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from notification of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the user for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Defective or incorrect products

If the user receives a defective, damaged or incorrect product, they must notify Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt, by email at ventas@tejidosfrances.com or by telephone at +34 617 662 495, attaching photographs of the product and its packaging.

Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. will arrange collection of the product and, at the user's choice, replace the item or provide a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs.

8. Amendments

Tejidos Gonzalo Francés S.L. reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Changes shall take effect upon publication on the website and shall apply to orders placed after such publication.
